About me and my practice

I am a qualified and BACP accredited Integrative therapist with 10 years plus of experience delivering therapy. Before becoming a counsellor, I was a Yoga teacher and had spent many years working within the social care/third sector.

Experience

I work in a trauma-informed way and have worked extensively with childhood trauma and victims/survivors of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. I have worked with clients with substance misuse issues, mental health issues and the bereaved. I have specialist skills in EMDR and I am a clinical supervisor.

Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Thames Valley University, 2005.

Diploma in Yoga Chennai Institute of Yoga, 2007.

Diploma in Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing EMDR Europe, 2021.
